@AngieBeatDown We missed the potty altogether and had steps and baby seat on toilet. For the boys we put ping pong balls in loo for them to fire at and my daughter just watched us and then decided no more nappies. No shouting, no stress and lots of praise.

I took August mostly off SM, I made some huge changes to my life and the way I live it. July saw me anxious, terrified of going out and feeling intimidated by our own government. It was making me ill and paralysing my life. Back with changes and boundaries, a plan b & some peace.

@adamfare1996 I lived 44 years a despicable disorder hiding in my 'healthy' body. Never a repeat script or visits to GP. Then it activated, destroyed my life. You are able bodied by chance, it is fleeting, precarious enjoy it if you have it support those that don't, tomorrow it may be you.

@HaydenHewitt My dog needed an op quoted at £1700 including surgical vest, I have insurance but still have to pay 20%. The bill came out at £4650 no extras just the vet didn't calculate the quote correctly. Nobody told me till I was stood at the counter paying. Her insurance has doubled now.

@adamfare1996 A stressful week as our road will be closed between 12 noon and 12am Friday to Sunday with no vehicular access. This means lots of prep because no take away options & no to door deliveries. It is 3 days when I have no carers, have preprepared meals or take aways I am stressed.
