He did a good job at times, but not always - for example, today I met with a founder who didn't seem to really have any pain points when it came to feedback. Being a founder of your own business is like: Phase I : you are full of hope and though others tell you it's difficult, you still have feeling that you are different. You want to craft something really good and with your heart. Phase II: you launched but it's cricket. You are shocked at first and hard to accept. You push and push but everything is quiet. You start to realize you are not that different. Phase III: You start to get used to the cricket pain, but also you realize you are too idealist before. Success requires hard work and attention to detail, every day. You need to personally handle every step, from building the product all the way to marketing it. And luck matters. Phase IV: not there yet. Will update once I got there.

@rohandave_ I'm curious - how much data would you get from doing customer service yourself? Is that enough to train an AI - I meam LLM AI?
@edinsoncode I think depth also matters. You might be able to create 10 products in two months, but if you really want to polish and position a product well, it takes at least half a year
