Burk Parsons case in the PCA is a good case study. For a baptist church, how do we hold abusive pastors accountable? Always keep a majority of lay elders in leadership. If staff pastors under the lead pastor get their pay & annual review from their "boss", they'll not speak up.

I shared this with someone in my circle for encouragement. My wife and I do intermittent fasting often, combined with regular exercise. Fasting days: We make fruit smoothie with protein and vegetables powder. My wife lost over 50 Ib of pregnancy weight in 6 months. SDG!

These two pictures are exactly one year apart. Never underestimate what you can accomplish with small, consistent changes over an extended period of time. I still have a ways to go. But I want to encourage others who are doing the same. You can do it. Don’t give up on yourself.
