@Theholisticpsyc When parents punish their kids for telling the truth (E.g. the child admits they ‘misbehaved’) they think they’re teaching their kids not to repeat the behaviour, but they’re actually teaching their kids to lie about it next time.
Whenever our Health is forced to do something it doesn’t want to do, someone is profiting from something they shouldn’t be profiting from.
@_Pammy_DS_ Instead of avoiding your triggers, you can understand that your triggers are your Core Values being betrayed - not theirs - and you need to learn how to communicate them, instead of resenting people for not being able to read your mind.
You can actually be extremely healthy as a vegetarian if you only eat eggs, milk, butter, cheese, fruit & potatoes.
@AlpacaAurelius My Vegetarian PT client only ate these foods and completely transformed her health. She dropped 10kg, her skin got better, her sleep improved, her energy levels shot up, metabolism increased hugely, built a decent amount of muscle, and her menstrual cycle became more consistent.
@smithhmackenzie Exercise is literally meditation for the body. It burns up junk lingering in the blood stream and channels that energy to the places it’s needed most for good health and vitality.
@hpfounder @FitFounder Agreed but the flow of education only goes forwards generationally. It rarely travels backwards. I’ve been in very good shape my entire adult life and no one in my family who is older than me cares one bit about any of my advice. Even my dad - and he’s the one who taught me.

Hope is a Personal Responsibility, and it starts with our Health. Good Health is measured by our ‘Ability to Respond’ to physical + chemical + emotional challenge. ‘Responsibility’ means ‘Ability to Respond.’ Hope is having Faith in the future. Health = Responsibility = Hope
