@mbna Been like this all morning and it seems if I want to borrow more money I'm being quoted a higher repayment plan than alternative providers, despite being a current customer. Is there any fee for clearing my balance, in its entirety, at an earlier date??

@OctopusEnergy Nothing received. I’ve corrected it myself, but if it happens again I’ll look in to finding an alternative provider - I don’t want to be manually changing it every month.

@OctopusEnergy Why have you changed my payment amounts? I’ve been paying £75 by direct debit and I’ve now received an email stating you’ll be taking £52.72 next month. When I log in to my account and to the “Balance Forecast” you’re encouraging me to pay £66 to keep on track?!
