Halvsy is finally live on the App Store 🧾 22 days from first commit. iOS got rejected twice on the way, once for the word "free" in a screenshot. Scan a receipt, tap who had what, see who owes what. apps.apple.com/us/app/halvsy-… #buildinpublic #indiehackers #iOSDev

Do chart patterns survive modeled costs and holdout data? I tested 40 rules on U.S. stocks, ETFs and indexes; 24 showed no edge, and measured effects were fragile. The book isn't a crypto/forex signal guide; it's about evidence and risk: amazon.com/Technical-Anal…

Market readers please note—my book tests U.S. stocks, ETFs and indexes, not NSE/BSE. I coded 40 chart rules after modeled costs; 24 showed no edge. Sharing the method and limits for anyone evaluating technical-analysis claims: amazon.com/Technical-Anal…

Publishing this book meant showing the results that didn’t support the textbook rule. I coded 40 classical chart rules; 24 showed no edge, and the rest were measurable but fragile. Technical analysis with the limits left in: amazon.com/Technical-Anal…

How often does a chart setup work after costs—and on unseen data? For my new book, I coded 40 rules and tested them on US stocks, ETFs and indexes. 24 showed no edge; the measurable effects were fragile. Methods and limits: amazon.com/Technical-Anal…

Day 3: splitting the bill is only half the problem. The awkward part comes after “who owes what?” Halvsy calculates each share, hands the amount to the payment app people already use, and lets the group mark it paid. Less math. Fewer tabs. One shared state.

Halvsy 1.0.3 is now in Apple’s App Review queue. It started with a simple question: why does splitting a dinner bill require a receipt, calculator, and group chat? The flow: scan → assign → balance → settle. What’s your hardest pre-launch step?
